If a question has three answers, these answers score 0, 5, and 10 (on a scale from 0 to 10), respectively:
The Grid Map details the Actual Situation: it compares how individual respondents score on blocks of questions (called dimensions in PRAIORITIZE-speak) and it looks like this:
The score in each 'block' is the average score of the underlying questions in that dimension. E.g., Rick scores a 5.0 on the dimension "Setting objectives". When analyzing the Grid Map, look for red/orange columns (topics and dimensions): an issue for a large part of the respondent group. And look for red/orange rows: these respondents or respondent groups lag behind.
